The Agency Investigates
The Citrus Club
Mafia

Traveler One, on behalf of The Agency, will prove that several Central Florida leaders are a de facto mafia, acting in the best interests of their friends and associates and contrary to the interests of the taxpayers they serve in order to enrich themselves financially.

The Agency will provide this information to the FBI and FDLE as the beginning of a RICO investigation.

The following leaders are considered to be defrauding the taxpayer with malice intent in a coordinated, sustained and systematic way:

Buddy Dyer, Louis A. Quiñones, Jr, Tiffany Homler Hawkins, Alex Tchekmeian, Brittany V. Bellew, Judge David P. Johnson and Judge Elizabeth J. Starr

Lynx Public Transit Investigation

The Agency is still awaiting the results of an FOIA request via The Mayor's Office to begin the first 3-4 months of Forensic Accounting.Items of extreme concern in their FY24 Budget Book and in our communication with Lynx Staff include:-Denial of entry to whistle blowers-$3,923,716 in Life Insurance Policies for the Finance Department's 67 Employees (an average of over $58,000 per employee) vs The Operations Department's average of just $96 per year for a $150,000 policy. We believe 90% of this amount can be withdrawn tax-free at a direct cost to the taxpayer.-Service and schedule delays as they relate to fare recovery amounting to just over $18 million of Lynx's more than $192 million budget for FY24-The Executive Department's $517,000 in "leases" per year, likely via Hertz car rental

The Mayor's Office

We are awaiting the response to an FOIA request to the City of Orlando Mayor's Office in order to begin forensic accounting on the General Ledger of The City of Orlando and The Mayor's Office including expense accounts.

The Citrus Club, Foxtail Coffee Co., The Polish Room and Regions Bank

In December 2022, The Agency began an investigation into Foxtail Coffee Company with the assistance of Travelers Brandon Buckles and Terrance Mack.
At the request of multiple women, The Agency began its investigation into the David Sievers incident.
It was made clear by an employee at the Foxtail Coffee Co. location at 2453 South Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida that neither The Agency nor its Travelers were welcome at any Foxtail Coffee Co. location by request of the new Chief Operations Officer.
The Agency then began its investigation into Alex Tchekmeian and the leadership at Foxtail Coffee Company.
The Agency has confirmed additional information re: Buddy Dyer, the Citrus Club and Polish Nail Room and its ownership.

Louis A. Quiñones, Jr and Orange County Corrections

The Murder of Tim Long
Please note: The Agency submitted a notarized complaint before The Murder of Tim Long. The Agency additionally ensured multiple inmate complaints were filed by many inmates strictly on the basis of food shortage. The Agency's complaint stated that violence would likely occur should things go unchanged. We believe this makes Mr. Quiñones criminally liable.

Tim Long was supposedly murdered due to a dispute over toilet paper. The Agency's investigation revealed the following:

The human brain largely ignores minor changes in familiar spaces, opting in favor of generalizing what is already known about a situation.
An example of this is the classic "Did you notice the gorilla?" video.
Inmates can use this to their advantage by slowly changing circumstances they control in a way that even the same Correctional Officers might not notice.
They associate these changes in the mind of the Correctional Officers with certain other objects.
Additionally, because it is commonplace to ask for toilet paper in jail, it is easier to "program" a "yes" response in the minds of the Corrections Officers in relation to a particular inmate.

In cultures that believe in "Energy Work" or "Magic", this is sometimes known as "Alchemy".

In the case of Tim Long, Hiram Fordom's goal was to receive extra food trays.
When Mr. Long modified the set of cycles that had been previously created by Mr. Fordoms (slowly associating toilet paper with food trays - served in white Styrofoam containers at times - over weeks or even months in the minds of the COs), Hiram Fordoms became irate, knowing that he would not receive extra food.
It is likely that Mr. Fordoms did not receive money to purchase commissary on a regular basis.
Significant, Intentional and Egregious Errors
Starvation of Inmates for Profit
The current inmate diet at 33rd Street is insufficient. This is, in large part, due to their contract with Aramark. A male 5'8" or taller will lose weight consistently down to an unsafe and unhealthy level. This has additional effects on inmate mental health. Jail is not the time to fast or go on a diet.
Poor Corrections Officer Training
Corrections Officers are not well-educated in psychological manipulation, especially in the case of skilled practitioners. When the motivation to eat a sufficient diet exceeds their care for others, COs and other inmates are put directly at risk. To be clear, their bodies are telling them they are hungry and they are attempting to survive.

Abject Failure of Leadership
Louis A Quiñones, Jr. has failed to provide the tools necessary to inmates to reduce recidivism. Jail is a barometer of how a society is doing. They are the last and most forgotten.
Since many charges are dropped or resolve in a plea bargain, the Orange County Jail could become a way to give inmates hope of a better future through diet, exercise, self-care, positive self-image, money management skills, and more. As it stands, even the detox program has been defunded.

An example is Mr. Keith Brooks, a man incarcerated pre-trial for years because of a simple trespassing violation with a maximum 60-day sentence. This is an insult to the constitutionally guaranteed right to due process.

Reproduction of Results Using the Scientific Method
If medical equipment is built using US Patent 56788648A [Nadal, Eric], an experiment can be performed measuring brain waves in a control area vs an area where any type of energy work is believed to be occurring. This is especially true in the case of energy work involving human speech.
This investigation is deemed complete and Louis A. Quiñones, Jr Is found to be intentionally and willfully at fault in the death of Tim Long, opting in favor of money over human life.
